The anticoagulant effects of warfarin are not affected by the concurrent use of bumetanide, frusemtde or chlorothtazide. A small reduction in the effects of warfarin, clonndtone and phen-procoumon, but not of mcoumalone, occurs with chlor-thahdone. Sptronolactone reduces the effects of warfarin similarly. On rare occasions a marked increase has been seen with ethacrynic acid. In contrast the anticoagulant effects of ethylbiscoumacetate, mcoumalone and warfarin can be increased by tienthc acid (ttcrynafen). Bleeding may occur.
